MOTOR CONTROL CENTRE (MCC)
Motor Control Centre are reasonable for the activity of motors going from 0.5 HP to 500 HP limit. Motor control focus contains different kinds of beginning viz. APFC PANELS
Our Power Panels include Automatic Power Factor Control (APFC) is designed to maintain a power factor of plant to unity. To maintain a power factor of unity means to achieve demand in KVA on the lower side. Power factor is maintained to set the value using APFC relay in auto mode where as in case of failure of APFC relay manual push buttons are used. Auto as well as manual mode is provided for power factor control. Various types of capacitors are used depending on load conditions. Typically, MPP, APP or mix dielectric types of capacitors are used. In case of nonlinear loads like VFD, UPS Thyristor switching, suitable detuned reactors are used along with capacitors to filter harmonics.

SYNCHRONIZING PANELS
DG Synchronising Panels are used to supply DG set power in the absence of main power. It comprises of control of DG set as well as switching of breakers. In absence of main source, it starts DG set automatically, i.e.Auto mains failure (AMF), synchronizes DG set with each other automatically along with auto load sharing and load dependent start/stop of DG set. On resumption of mains, it operates respective breakers and switches off DG set.

POWER DISTRIBUTION BOARDS
Power Distribution Panels are used for distribution of power on down streams. Since it is located at downstream fault level is normally lower about 20 to 35 KA. Normally it is designed to carry current up to 800A. The advantage of using Power Distribution Panel is to clear fault locally, hence it does not affect Upstream Switchgear.

LT KIOSKS panels are typically standalone protection for the main supply, for ease of control. These can also be designed to provide uninterrupted power from a dual source for wide power distribution across residential layouts.

VFD PANELS
AC Drives (Variable Frequency Drives) are used to control speed of motors. Speed control of motor may be a necessity of processor it is done for energy saving. These are used for speed control of pumps, blower, agitator, conveyors, etc. AC Drive panels are properly ventilated to take out the heat generated by VFDs. Proper size choke is provided on input and output size of VFD as required.

AMF Panels
AMF Panels are used for emergency power supply during the main power supply failure. These AMF panels are used for automatic operation of gender as it helps to rotate the starting gear of Genset after main supply is cut.

FIRE PUMP CONTROL PANELS
The firefighting process is done by pumps designed specifically for the system. Initially the jockey pump is used to maintain the pressure and when the fire is confirmed by a sprinkler or by the fire alarm panel the electric pump starts to work and then in case Failure or disconnection of Electricity for Electric Fire Pump The diesel pump is entered into the process.

METER/ACCL PANELS
Meter Panels are used in multi-storied residential or commercial complexes, our low voltage metering cubicles are known for their compact design and ease of control to monitor each load section. Along with meter panels are equipped with the primary change over switches, MCCBs, Earth Fault relays and Fuses to provide multiple fault protection.
Additional Autochanger ACCL switches can be installed to ensure a smooth transition to Diesel Generators during power failure.

BUS-DUCTS AIR INSULATED (SEGREGATED & NON- SEGREGATED)
